Making the wine is a delicate process which depends entirely on the skills of the vinifier and oenologist to be successful.

Making wines of the terroir is our calling. Our grapes are fermented using skills that have been acquired through a long-upheld tradition."

Depending on the variety and the terroir, the grapes are harvested by hand. Mechanical harvesting always involves sorting by hand. The harvest is destemmed and crushed, variety by variety, terroir by terroir, before vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
